Who are the Western Pennsylvania Anglers?
The WPA is an organization of professional anglers dedicated to the promotion of Western PA's waterways and the recreational resources surrounding them.
Goals of Western Pennsylvania Anglers
- Increasing Public Awareness of our Local Fisheries.
- Promoting Catch and Release Conservation Practices.

Recycle-A-Reel Program
- Donate your used or discarded fishing equipment and we will repair and distribute it to deserving children so they might experience fishing for the first time.

WPA Tournaments will be 80% PAY OUTS of the $110.00 per
boat entry fee. Based on 2 person teams of a 100 boat field, estimated
pay outs are expected to be $8,000.00.
Contestants can consist of 2 angler teams who will
compete for awards and cash as well as many great Sponsors' Prizes.
Optional big fish pools will be available at the sign in and rules
meetings. Single anglers are welcome to participate and can be assisted in
finding team partners if desired. First time tournament anglers are
